My favourite thing is actually when we lease a property to a first-time business owner knowing this will be their place of business for the next 10-15 years. It's exciting to help people start out and create a new business in Melbourne.

My idea of a holiday is.....
My idea of a holiday is being in nature. There's a unique feeling about being amongst trees, in the mountains, looking at a beautiful landscape.

The best movie of all time is....
Shawshank Redemption is the best movie I've ever seen, but a close second is Back to the future, mostly because it was so well scripted.
