Richard Impiombato’s twenty years in property have taught him as much about people as it has
about real estate. And that has stood him in good stead as he’s set up Modo Property, a company

Previously he was the Senior Director of Auctions and Investments at a major international property
group. He also owned and ran a branch office for another corporate commercial firm for many years.
